Keeping a journal...

Keeping a journal by my side allows me to pen down my thoughts as and when I needed.
Some times, I will call it a brain-dump rather than a journal.
Keeping a notebook of such allows me to put out any issues on my mind and then slowly come to a solution.
That is how amazing a journal works for me - it's like a unspoken consultant for me at times.

The set up of my Camel Traveler's Notebook.

If you own a Traveler's Notebook, at some point of time, you will be curious on how other users set up their TNs, how they use their TNs, where they buy this, where they buy that, etc, etc.
It is COMMON.

Being a Traveler's Notebook user for the past 9 years, I am still curious about other user's TN.
I am always curious how they use their TNs, and how they do the set up.

Personally, I carry 3 TNs everyday, and each of them serve different purposes.

Question: Why do you carry so many Traveler's Notebook?

Soon, you will find out.

For now, let me share about my Camel Traveler's Notebook.

My monthly planner for Jun 2017 - FN ATB

Time has come for me to prepare the planner for June, and that will be Field Notes America The Beautiful.

It's been six months since I started using a single notebook as my monthly planner, and I'm totally in love with it.

As you have read the earlier posts, I use one page per day, for my schedules and my To-Do-List, and it does keep me organised - at least. The only failure I faced is Laziness, one disease that cannot be cured.

My Every Day Notebook

All my readers know I carry notebook(s) daily, but what do I have in it?
This post will have an insight of my current Every Day Notebook.

Enjoy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been carrying these notebooks for the past months:
- Field Notes Sweet Tooth as Weekly Planner;
- Field Notes America The Beautiful as my Random Notebook;
- & PocketMod for my To-Do-List.

They are great for I love pocket size notebook(s) and I can easily stuff them into the side pocket of my pants. Having them separated is easily for me to organize my stuffs.

But.... I changed.

Cristina Gomes Leather Cover

Few months back, I decided to invest in a A6 leather cover.

Why A6, many people asked?

At first, I wasn't a great fan of A6 notebook as I very much preferred something smaller, but not too small. Passport size is too small, and A6 is slightly too big, so I choose Field Notes.

But I realized, A6 size is actually a very comfortable size to write in.

After much consideration on if I should get another leather cover, I decided to get one.

After browsing around, I discovered Cristina Leather on Facebook.

A business card as reference.

My (current) Midori Traveler's (Life) Notebook

New year is just around the corner and it's time to revamp my Midori Traveler's Notebook (MTN).

I have used a couple of different leather covers and nothing beat this Midori Traveler's Notebook. It has been with me since 2008 (about 7 years), and I can say, it's Built to Last. So far, I have yet replace the internal and external elastic cords, the only things I have changed are the inserts in it.
Many readers have commented that they like the outlook of my leather cover.
And I will always tell them, "abuse your MTN to bring out its character".

Time to reorganise my Traveler's Notebooks.

There are too much temptation when it comes to different Traveler's Notebook.

I can never make up my mind which one is the best for me; and so, I decided to use whatever TN that interest me.

So now, I am using 3 different TNs.

My Creme Brûlée 2015 Planner.

Year 2015 is not far away (81 days left as of 13 Oct 2014) and my planner shopping came early this year.

I was planning to get Midori passport size 2015 planner, both the weekly and monthly, but the price has always been a concern.

KidDoi, by CraftyDoodles.

In May 2014, I saw an interesting fauxdori that caught my attention - the KidDori.
KidDori is a project between Vijay (of CraftyDoodles) and Aly Common (of Crafting to Stay Sane)
At the same time, I was also looking for a birthday present for a client.

So, I decided to dropped Vijay Mistry a message and see if he can rushed me a KidDori.
