My new Planner(s).

With 2017 coming to end, it is the time to get a new planner *headache no more*.

My new planner(s) will be the Field Notes 56-Week Planner, and the Field Notes Resolution Date Book. I personally like the white base for the Date Book, as it certainly catch some attention.

I have started these new planners for a few days, and I’m still trying to get use to it.

My monthly planner for Jun 2017 - FN ATB

Time has come for me to prepare the planner for June, and that will be Field Notes America The Beautiful.

It's been six months since I started using a single notebook as my monthly planner, and I'm totally in love with it.

As you have read the earlier posts, I use one page per day, for my schedules and my To-Do-List, and it does keep me organised - at least. The only failure I faced is Laziness, one disease that cannot be cured.

Field Notes Black Ice, in Singapore

Field Notes Black Ice has finally arrived in Singapore!!

With it's shiny cover, it is certainly an attraction.
Unlike the normal edition, this is the first edition without staples (PUR Binding), therefore some users might not like it as it will makes writing harder.

With it's Ruled paper, it gives a vintage feel.
If you are an old-school type of person, this is the notebook you should keep inside your pocket.

Many users are concern if Black Ice are fountain pen friendly?
I tried out with a fountain pen with an EF nib, and it doesn't bleed through.
But I had read some reviews that this is not the notebook for fountain pen users.

The price for this edition is SGD$22.00 (excluding postage fee).
To order, drop us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Shiny cover for this edition.

My Every Day Notebook

All my readers know I carry notebook(s) daily, but what do I have in it?
This post will have an insight of my current Every Day Notebook.

Enjoy.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have been carrying these notebooks for the past months:
- Field Notes Sweet Tooth as Weekly Planner;
- Field Notes America The Beautiful as my Random Notebook;
- & PocketMod for my To-Do-List.

They are great for I love pocket size notebook(s) and I can easily stuff them into the side pocket of my pants. Having them separated is easily for me to organize my stuffs.

But.... I changed.

Field Notes 56-Weeks Planner.

Field Notes planner?

Yes, Field Notes finally launch a planner after so many years of providing us with good notebook.

It's actually not too ideal to have a planner in Field Notes size as there will be limitation in write the essential stuffs.
So this planner is slightly bigger than its usual size. It measures 4.75" x 7.5".

How I use my Field Notes - 3CPP Method.

After using notebooks for years, I came to realised that there's no fix way of using your notebook.

For years, I have been browsing on the Internet on how other people use their notebooks.
Those users are so creative and they can make their notebooks look interesting.
I have tried out some of the methods, but did not quite like it.
Beside that, I am too lazy to decorate my notebooks; i just like to write.

It took me a long while before I found a suitable method this year, and that the 3CPP method.

I'm using the Two-River edition.

The Field Notes "Pony Express" Leather pouch.

After switching between different leather covers, I decided to make a change - to use a leather notebook pouch.

It took me a year to have the courage to get the Field Notes "Pony Express" leather pouch, partly because it is quite expensive. But after getting that, I realised that many of my leather cover was as expensive as this pouch, if not more.

My Field Notes "Planner"

For a while, I've been cracking my head on how to create a 2016 planner out of my Field Notes.

I left chance to randomness.

On 16 Sept '15, I decided to use a Field Note Two-Rivers edition without any leather cover.

Beside using this notebook as a #EDCNB (Every Day Carry Notebook),
I realised that I need a time-table to map out my (work) schedule.

Heart warming, coz Love is in the Air.

Few weeks back, I received email from a lady who was planning to get her boyfriend some Field Notes notebooks, and I poured her some suggestions.

After some discussion, she decided to get him a pack of Field Notes Expedition and a pack of Pitch Black.

And I remember taking this picture before sending out:

The only constant thing is Changes.

I have tried to keep my EveryDayCarry (EDC) pocket book simple, and I couldn't quite make up which to use?

I have been carrying my black Midori Traveler's Notebook passport size for many months, but somehow, I find there's a lack in something.
